Allround martial arts (taekwondo, wing tzun and brazilian jiu-jitsu).

Mom or dad MUST participate when the training is with parents every 7th week (approx.).
5-year-olds can get dispension to start if they have been hanging out in the club for a long time as a result of their parent's or older sibling's training.

After some months, there is also training on Monday and Sunday.

There is theme training on Monday and sparring on Sunday where also less experienced can join.
